ATAUN liquorice is made following the traditional method since the early 20th century. The artisan whose name it bears set up his small workshop in the heart of the old town in Pamplona. After a number of years, Mr. Ataun passed on his method and knowledge so that his now famous liquorice could continue to be made, in the same way by those who carried on his business.

In 1995 we transferred production from the workshop to our new, modern premises, adapting our manufacturing and presentation to current standards and bringing together tradition and modern technology.
